Tiffany Ann Chagnon, 23, passed away peacefully Sunday, November 16, 2014 at home after a long, courageous battle with Cystic Fibrosis.

She leaves behind her parents, Kenneth Chagnon of Rocky Mount, N.C., Kristi Donaldson of Swanton, three brothers; Kenneth, Christopher and Ralph, a grandfather in Oklahoma, a grandmother in South Burlington, Vt., many aunts, uncles and cousins. Tiffany loved her sisters; Jordan, Daunte, Samantha and Cookie Monster. There also are so many other close friends and biker buddies that touched her heart.

Tiffany was born in St. Albans and was raised throughout Franklin and Chittenden counties.

Ms. Chagnon spent a good portion of her life in and out of hospitals fighting her Cystic Fibrosis. Tiffany attended Mary Babcock School and Missisquoi Valley Union High School in Swanton.

She loved spending time with family and friends. At every opportunity that she was well enough, Tiffany would enjoy nature. Her brothers were a huge part of her life. She loved them with all her heart and often would pick on them and she loved to hunt and fish with them. Many years ago, she dressed Ralph as a girl because she wanted a sister.

So many activities interested her-including riding motorcycle with her dad, shopping with her mom, camping, hunting, fishing, writing in her journal, arts and crafts. She enjoyed horses, dolphins and sea turtles. Many family pets were a part of her life. Ashley, Peanut, Smacks, Fat Jacks, Snoopy, Blue, Tails and Bear.

Pepsi was her favorite drink and KFC or Taco Bell were often her meals of choice.

We would like to thank Fletcher Allen Hospital for the great care that she received. We can’t thank you enough, especially Dr. Lahiri. She always loved you.

Breathe Easy Baby Girl.
